A power amplification device includes: a signal conversion section (20) for converting an input signal of the orthogonal coordinate system into an amplitude signal and a phase signal of the polar coordinate system, converting the phase signal into an orthogonal coordinate phase signal of the orthogonal coordinate system, and outputting the amplitude signal and the orthogonal coordinate phase signal; a modulation section (30) for orthogonally modulating the orthogonal coordinate phase signal and outputting it to a non-linear power amplifier (2); and a correction section (40) for outputting again control signal of the non-linear power amplifier (2). The correction section (40) has a correction LUT created according to the output signal of the non-linear power amplifier (2) and the input signal of the orthogonal coordinate system, and outputs the gain control signal by referencing the correction LUT according to the amplitude signal.
