PURPOSE: A prefabricated dry wall structure provided with a height adjuster is provided to exclude the inconvenience caused by a plaster work by measuring the horizontality of the bottom of a building using a height adjuster, and to improve work efficiency by simplifying the plaster work on the bottom of a building and shortening a period of construction. CONSTITUTION: The prefabricated dry wall structure provided with a height adjuster contains: a runner attached to the ceiling and bottom of a building; many studs installed vertically between runners to bear vertical load; brace channels installed horizontally through the studs to reinforce; a plaster board attached to the outsides of the runner, the stud and the brace channel; a bead fitted to protect the edge of the plaster board; primary and secondary horizontal plates(20,30) installed on the bottom of the building and the base of the runner; a bolt(21) provided with spirals and formed to the center of the primary and secondary horizontal plates(20,30); a bolt fitting socket(31) formed vertically to fix the bolt(21); and a nut member(40) installed on the bolt(21) to prevent the separation of the bolt(21) from a bolt fitting socket(31).
