A bread baking oven has a baking chamber with a drum-shaped rack with lines of baking containers. Each row of baking containers is mounted on a spindle and rotates with the drum-shaped rack. Each container is attached to the spindle by two pivot points located above the center of gravity for the individual container and maintains a vertical presentation with respect to the oven. The lines of containers are equidistant around the rotating rack. Each container in a line is equidistant from the adjacent containers.
