A hollow elastic spiral (10) for torque transmission is secured to a foot section in an elongated handle (2) rotatably journaled at a head section (1). A bar (3) is guided through the spiral and anchored in the head section. The bar is rotatably journaled in the foot section to indicate the relative rotation and the torque between a tool section (5) and the handle outside the foot section via a pointer (4).
