<p>The device has convergently tapered portions (32, 36) pressed against pressure bearing surfaces (35, 37) to form seal portions (38, 39). A mouth deformation allowing gap between a sleeve (24) and a fixing screw unit (23) around the periphery of one surface (35) is larger than a tilt-preventing gap, to allow diameter enlarging deformation of the sleeve due to a clamping load applied to the surface (35) from a pipe.</p> |
