<p>The node has sources (S) that simultaneously deliver optical signals having the same modulation and carried by different wavelengths. Some of the sources may be block mode lasers or wideband types such as LEDs, super LEDs, or semiconductor optical amplifiers. Each secondary port (E1-1) of a multiplexer (M1-1) has selective spectral filter (F) to pass only an associated part of wavelengths presented by the signals. The part belongs to a bandwidth corresponding to a multiplex channel.</p> |
