PURPOSE: A seedling transplanter is provided to prevent a seedling previously transplanted from being fallen forwardly down by a transplanting seedling, when a long seedling is transplanted at a narrow space between plants. CONSTITUTION: When perforating a process containing a forward movement by forward movement of a body, a lifting trace(MT) lowers along a lowering trace(d) which is expanded towards a rear of the body to a lowering end point which is a lower end of the lifting trace, while an upper end of the lifting trance is moved from a lowering start point to the rear of the body. An upper end of the lifting trance lifts along a lifting trace(u) which is expanded towards the lifting end point which is the upper end of the lifting trace, while the lower end of the lifting trace is moved from the lifting start point to the front of the body.
