The invention relates to an eccentric adjustment, for example for the coupling ring of a steering rod in wheel suspensions in motor vehicles, an axially divided eccentric sleeve which penetrates the swivel bearing sleeve and the bearing bracket and receives the screw bolt of the screwed connection being provided, in each case one of the two eccentric discs being formed onto the parts of the said eccentric sleeve, the two eccentric sleeves engaging one in the other, with their ends which face one another, in an axially movable fashion but fixed in terms of rotation, one of the eccentric sleeves being constructed at the same time as a nut and at least the eccentric disc which lies on the side of the screw head having positively engaging faces to rotate the said disc.
