Method and system for scheduling threads to perform real-time operations

The method involves inputting structural description information (117) and a set of programs (111-116) describing procedures corresponding to tasks. An execution start timing and execution term of each of a set of threads for execution of the programs is determined based on the information. A scheduling operation of assigning the threads to processors is performed according to a result of the determination. Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) an information processing system for performing a real-time operation (b) a program causing a computer including processors to perform a real-time operation.
