The structure has a positioning seat (2) with a positioning column. A water-proof rubber ring (30) is placed on an inner edge of a pivot seat (121). Two water-proof rubber rings (31, 32) are placed on a fixed rod (12) beneath the ring (30). The ring (30) is pressed tightly with a top edge of a hole when a pull rod is inserted into a stepped hole of the seat (2). The rings (31, 32) are inserted inside another hole. |
