PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling a purchase card offering a loan service in real-time on the network are provided to enable a card user to receive diverse card services through a single contract procedure with a financial company by enabling the card user to use a frequent repayment loan contracted with a financial company in real-time at a member shop, and to perform payment process at real time in the member shop and the financial company. CONSTITUTION: A member shop terminal(10) is equipped with a reader, and inputs/outputs information through a communication module. A card company server(20) provides settlement approval information to the member shop by certifying a member/member shop, and providing card member information, transaction information, and member shop information to a relay server(30). The relay server provides approval request information to a financial company server(40), and informs the card company server and the card member of settlement approval information and account information. The financial company server judges of settlement by inquiring the account information of the card member, provides the settlement approval information and the account information to the relay server, arranges/stores the account of the card member in a database, and transfers settlement price to a member shop account.
