The apparatus has a cabinet with external walls and internal walls that define an interior region for receiving clothes. A door is connected to the cabinet for accessing the region. An ultrasonic nebulizer is operatively associated to a water supply unit. A ventilator recirculates air within the region through an air duct. The air duct is located between the walls that form a closed loop with the region.
