ELECTROCHROMIC MIRROR

An electrochromic mirror (10) has a simple structure wherein only two layers of film, namely an electrochromic film (14) and a conductive light-reflecting film (16) are formed on a glass substrate (12). In addition, the electrochromic mirror (10) is hardly affected by the film thickness, film quality or the like of the electrochromic film (14) and the conductive light-reflecting film (16). Consequently, the electrochromic mirror (10) can be easily produced at low cost. Further, a double image can be prevented since the electrochromic mirror (10) has such a structure that light entered from the front surface of the glass substrate (12) is reflected by the conductive light-reflecting film (16) formed on the rear surface of the glass substrate (12).
