A heightened activity vaccine preparation comprises in addition to known preserved and inactivated viral horse-influenza suspension at a concentration of at least 104> EID50/1ml, 0.5-10 mg/ml aluminum-hydroxide or aluminum-phosphate; and 0.5-5 mg TOLERIN/dose. (TOLERIN is a detoxicated bacterial endo-toxin preparation).
