METHOD FOR PRODUCING DECORATION SHEET OF DOOR OF DRUM-TYPE WASHING MACHINE BY CUTTING STAINLESS STEEL PLATE INTO PLURAL DECORATION SHEET PIECES

PURPOSE: A decoration sheet producing method of a door of a drum-type washing machine is provided to reduce loss of materials by making a hairline on the front side and forming a ring-shaped decoration sheet by welding plural decoration sheet pieces cut from a stainless steel plate. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a decoration sheet(70) installed in the front side of a door mounted movably at a drum-type washing machine to open and close a laundry gate port is composed of steps for cutting a plate(72) into plural decoration sheet pieces(70a)(ST1); forming the ring-shaped decoration sheet by welding plural cut decoration sheet pieces(ST2); finishing a welded part of the decoration sheet(ST3); and forming a hairline(H) on the front side of the finished decoration sheet. The decoration sheet is cut from the flat plate made from stainless steel(ST4).
