FIELD: medicine, neurology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with combined medicinal therapy due to introduction of vinpocetin, riboxyn, vitamin B6 and, also, ceruloplasmin, moreover, the latter should be introduced daily for 8-10 d intravenously by drops at the rate of 30-35 drops/min at the dosage of 100-200 mg as a solution containing 200 ml isotonic sodium chloride solution/100 mg ceruloplasmin.
