FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the solid rapidly dispersing medicinal formulation that dissolves in mouth cavity in the ranges for 60 s, more preferably, for 30 s and the most preferably for 10 s. The new feature of the composition involves the absence of mammalian gelatin as its component. It has established that applying some modified starches in the concentration from 20 to 90 wt.-% of the solid medicinal formulation mass provides preparing medicinal formulations eliciting mechanical and chemical stability and able to transfer the higher concentrations of active component as compared with gelatin-base rapidly dispersing solid medicinal formulations. Except for, these solid medicinal formulations are prepared by removing a solvent, such as water from mixture containing an active component, modified starch and matrix-forming agent by means of freezing out drying. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable pharmaceutical properties of formulation. ^ 9 cl, 9 tbl, 8 ex |
