By the first variant agent comprises Bifiliz dry (VIGEL) in a single dose in the amount 1-5 doses that comprises additionally solid fat in the amount 1.0-2.0 g as the complex synthetic structure-forming base and represents suppository designated for rectal and intravaginal applying. By the second variant agent comprises additionally vitamin E (alpha-tocopherol) in the amount 2-10 mg per a suppository.
