FIELD: manufacture of technical ceramic and refractories; manufacture of parts for electrical industry, mechanical engineering; chemical industry; metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes heat treatment of semi-finished items in powder backfill which consists of mixture of powders; specific surface of one part of backfill is equal to specific surface of powders from which semi-finished items are made and second part of backfill has specific surface exceeding specific surface of powders by 1.5-2.0 times.
