FIELD: medicine, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with laparotomy and hysterectomy. Then one should suture the stump of the round uterine ligament, the stump of sacro-uterine ligament, posterior and anterior vaginal walls in area of bound cardinal ligament by capturing pre-cystic fascia with a single eight-like suture. The similar suture should be applied from another side. After tightening the vagina one should perform peritonization. The suture should be applied out of nonabsorbable suturing material. The method increases reliability of fixation and decreases the number of relapses. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 1 ex |
