FIELD: detergents. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technical detergents for cleansing and defatting metallic surfaces and can be used in all branches of industry wherein surfaces can be polluted with products of organic origin: oil, lubricant, petroleum, emulsions, asphalt-resin-paraffin deposits. Detergent comprises the following components, wt.-%: mixture of non-ionogenic surface-active substances and cationic surface-active substance, 10-12; sodium metasilicate (water glass), 2-5; sodium tripolyphosphate or trisodium phosphate, 15-20; sodium hydroxide, 5-10; potassium bichromate, 0.07-0.10; sodium carbonate, up to 100. Sodium salt of ethoxylated isononylphenol carboxymethylate ("Sinetrol") and "neonol" are used as non-ionogenic surface-active substances, and quaternary ammonium chloride salt as product of interaction of hexamethylenetetramine with epichlorohydrin or with allyl chloride is used as cationic surface-active substance. Detergent elicits complex of physical-chemical properties: dissolving, wetting, defatting, emulsifying and anticorrosive capacity. Also, invention provides reducing consumption of detergent and foam formation, expanded spectrum of pollutions to be removed (petroleum pollutions, soot, carbon deposit and so on). ^ EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of detergent. ^ 4 cl, 2 tbl, 6 ex |
