FIELD: domestic electric devices. ^ SUBSTANCE: heating unit includes heating member and built-up supporting carcass made of refractory insulation plates. Said plates are joined one with another in mutually normal directions through slits provided along said plates. Plates form carcass having cross section in the form of lattice with ribs along perimeter. Heating unit also includes heating member multiply bent and arranged inside carcass along grooves formed by ribs. Invention allows to make heating unit combining properties and advantages of bent heater with heat irradiating surface exceeding that of round wire of the same cross section area. ^ EFFECT: improved technological effectiveness of making supporting member, possibility for achieving maximum power at the same size. ^ 2 dwg |
