FIELD: cartography. ^ SUBSTANCE: method is based upon local photographing of parts of region where quantitative or qualitative changes happened with objects and in parts of areas being adjacent to objects where similar changes were not registered. Photographing is conducted by means of low-speed and low-flying flying vehicle that keeps moving at the same height above local area. Required number of sites or/and geodetic beacons to be recognized have to be caught in frame of photography. Frames of local photography are scanned, their representation is computerized and matched according to sites to be identified, representation of local photomaps of local sites is mounted and subject to mathematical transformation. Map of area to be actualized is scanned is its representation is computerized. Representations of local photomaps of local sites are referred to representation of actualized map of total area for general identified sites and to required co-ordinate system for general identified geodetic beacons. Acquired data is used in geo-information system as actualized digital cartographic base of inspected area and/or is printed out at graph plotter and/or photo plotter as actualized map of the area according to required form and scale, or/and as actualized local maps of separate local sites. ^ EFFECT: simplified process of actualization; improved quality of actualization. ^ 3 cl |
