FIELD: building, particularly performing measures on buildings. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves performing instrumental investigations of structural and engineering building systems and units during its construction and/or usage, wherein investigations are carried out for not less than 10% of all building rooms at all levels and in the case of building several similar objects of similar lots of materials and raw products selection building check is carried out and obtained data are compared with design ones displayed in information carrier, namely in registration certificate. During instrumental investigations heat insulation efficiency and acoustic insulation against air-spreading and impact noise of outer enclosure structures, levels of noise and vibration created by engineering building equipment, illumination level of public and living objects are determined. Individual building objects, potable plumbing water qualities are also investigated to obtain accurate and true data about object conditions and to comply complex active characteristics recorded in common registration object certificate. Radiation level, including gamma-radiation level, radon content and dynamics of radon inflow in construction area, natural radionuclide content in raw building materials, radiation level after completion of building finishing and decoration operations may be additionally determined when performing instrumental investigations. ^ EFFECT: increased accuracy and verification of data concerning building object condition, possibility to comply registration object certificate, provision of all defects correction during object building and usage; choosing optimal dates of object repair and maintenance and, as a result, increased economy due to reduced material consumption and labor inputs, increased service life. ^ 5 cl, 1 ex |
