FIELD: plastic metal working; devices for manufacture of bellows or units having corrugated cylindrical surfaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed press tool includes elastic die and sectional punch provided with inserts forming working surface. Inserts are made in form of segments fixed relative to central rod and each other by means of taper pins or wedges. As a result, bellows are obtained during one stamping pass. ^ EFFECT: increased productivity; improved quality of bellows. ^ 1 dwg |
