PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of crack suede type fabric having soft surface of a crack is characterized by forming the crack with a moisture taking method and a water frictional method, increasing productivity and putting a piece of the fabric into a dryer and a washing device to having uniform cracks. CONSTITUTION: Crack suede type fabric is obtained by the steps of: passing suede type fabric between a copper roller and a pressure roller, and coating the suede type fabric with acrylic resin; passing the coated fabric through a heater to dry the fabric; passing the dried fabric between a thermal liquid roller and a supporting roller to adhere the acrylic resin to the suede type fabric; passing the suede type fabric between an upper roller and a lower roller, and injecting water or steam mixed a softener to the fabric to give moisture to the suede type fabric; and then putting the suede type fabric into a dryer to take moisture and to form the crack. |
