FIELD: hydraulic structures, particularly dams. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves laying single-layered concrete blocks in inner dam area during all the year round except for winter period; laying concrete in outer dam areas in periods with positive and negative temperatures. Before inner area concreting resumption in spring period cracks appeared in concrete in winter due to great temperature difference are covered with reinforced concrete tie beams of rectangular or trapezoidal cross-section having height equal to that of single-layered blocks. Upper horizontal surface of concrete massif laid in inner dam area before concreting pause is covered with heat insulation material, for instance with sawdust, slag wool and so on. Before concreting resumption heat insulation material is removed from upper horizontal surface of concrete massif laid in inner dam area. ^ EFFECT: increased reliability of force transmitting into concrete laid into inner dam area in crack zones. ^ 2 cl, 2 dwg |
