FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: tightening device has spring-loaded rotatable double-arm lever provided with tightening rollers which are mounted for permitting rotation and tightening the flexible member. The tightening rollers are mounted on the arms of the rotatable lever at equal distances from the axis of its rotation.
