FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, header used in apparatuses for mowing of cereals in windrows. ^ SUBSTANCE: windrow-type header has platform with cutter bar and eccentric winder. Platform is positioned at an angle to header unit advancement course in clockwise direction by value of development of stalks laid into windrow. Windrow is formed by preliminary accumulation of portion of cereal heap on platform, discharging said heap onto stubble and forming windrow shaped as parallelogram, with windrow being developed on stubble by value of development of stalks in windrow to allow stalks in windrow to be laid in sites of passage of header unit wheels. Stalks in windrow hang above tracks without falling into said tracks. ^ EFFECT: provision for complete gathering of yield with normal moisture content and improved quality of grain. ^ 3 cl, 12 dwg |
