The guide pulley for ropes, cable and the like has a modular structure comprising an outer element (2) with a guide profile (5), a central hollow cylindrical element (4) for pulley mounting, and a carrier structure (3) joining these elements. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing the proposed pulley.
