摘要 PURPOSE: An image device is provided to improve the speed and resistance by forming multilayer metal lines using copper and to enhance light transmissivity by forming selectively a diffusion barrier pattern on each metal line alone. CONSTITUTION: A transparent interlayer dielectric structure(130,160,190,220,250,280) is formed on a substrate(100) with a photo-element(110). The transparent interlayer dielectric structure includes at least one metal pattern array stacked with a plurality of metal patterns. A diffusion barrier pattern(180,210,240,270) is selectively formed on each metal pattern. A color filter(300) is formed on the interlayer dielectric structure. A micro-lens(310) is formed on the color filter. At this time, a portion between the micro-lens and the photo-element is free from the diffusion barrier pattern, so that light transmissivity is improved.
