PURPOSE: To provide a rolling method for preventing strip tail from folding or tearing in multistage finish rolling mill to secure threading stability of the strip tail and prevent twisting of strip accordingly by developing a new rolling speed control differently from a conventional solving method through shape control. CONSTITUTION: In a rolling method for preventing strip tail from folding or tearing between respective stands of the multistage finish rolling mill during rolling operation of strip through a multistage finish rolling mill, the rolling method comprises a step of threading the strip by reducing proceeding speed of the strip when rolling the strip by passing the strip through the multistage finish rolling mill; and a step of threading the strip through the rest stands at an uniform velocity after the reduced threading speed step.
