HYDRAULIC JACK FOR REPLACING A BRIDGE BEARING AND A REPLACEMENT METHOD USING THE HYDRAULIC JACK, FOR IMPROVING WORKING EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A hydraulic jack for replacing a bridge bearing is provided to reduce the cost and period of construction by jacking up and fixing a bridge bearing and an upper structure simultaneously using a hydraulic jack and to execute a construction work while minimizing the damage on the existing bridge structure regardless of volume and weight in a narrow working space. CONSTITUTION: The hydraulic jack for replacing a bridge bearing comprises: a supporting bracket(10) fixed to the side of a pier or an abutment to jack up an upper structure; a hydraulic jack(20) placed to the upper center of the supporting bracket(10); and a fixing bracket surrounding the outer circumference of the hydraulic jack(20) and fixed to the upper side of the supporting bracket(10). The replacement method for a bridge bearing using a hydraulic jack comprises the steps of: fixing a supporting bracket(10) to the side of a pier or an abutment using a bolt to jack up an upper structure of a bridge; installing a hydraulic jack(20) to the upper center of the supporting bracket(10); fixing a hydraulic jack(20) at the appointed height by jacking up the hydraulic jack(20); repairing or replacing a bridge bearing; fixing an upper end of the hydraulic jack(20) and an end projection of a fixing bracket by surrounding the outer circumference of the hydraulic jack(20); and rust-proofing the surface of the supporting bracket(10) and the fixing bracket and tidying up the surroundings.
