The invention relates to devices for analysing multi-component dispersed media and can be used for rapidly detecting the presence of a given object in a complex biological medium. The inventive database consists of inelastic scattering and distribution spectra of spectral intensity characteristics of the electromagnetic radiation of a sample comprising a basic biological medium and a studied object. Said database makes it possible to control the presence of viruses, bacteria, toxins (alcohol, narcotics) or detect foreign components (for example, Soya protein additives in milk and the content of heavy metal salts: lead, cadmium, zinc, mercury and arsenic therein). The inventive device for forming said database for detecting biological objects and chemical agents comprises a unit provided with at least one coherent polarised monochromatic electromagnetic radiation source, a working cell for a detected object, a unit for recording and reading out optical information, a set of database cells for storing data on combination scattering or distribution of the spectral characteristics of a electromagnetic radiation intensity in the area of minimum values of the radiation scattergram and a control unit outputted to a computer.
