It is either a compound having a structure represented by the following general formula (I): (I) (wherein A represents an optionally substituted trivalent group derived from pyrimidine, pyrrole, or the like; R<1> represents optionally substituted aryl or heteroaryl; R<2> represents optionally substituted heteroaryl; and R<3> represents cyclic tertiary amino) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the compound.</p>
