PURPOSE: A method for making processed eggs by applying vibration to the upper and low parts of fresh eggs with an egg processing apparatus to uniformly mix egg yolks and egg whites is provided. The processed egg is cooked easily and conveniently and provides a balanced diet to children who dislike egg yolks. CONSTITUTION: To produce processed eggs, vibration is applied to fresh eggs by operating a driving unit(33) and a vibration generator(34) for 30min after downwardly positioning the lower part of eggs(20). The egg processing apparatus comprises: an egg placing part(30) for receiving and fixing eggs; a rotational shaft(31) for rotating the egg placing part; a driving unit(33) for transmitting a driving force to the rotational shaft through a transmitting member(32); and a vibration generator. |
