<p>The invention disclosed a pharmaceutical composition that can induce immune response against SARS virus, and a method for using such pharmaceutical composition. Vaccines were designed to express multiple SARS gene products, including S1 domain, extracellular domain of orf8, N protein and others. It was demonstrated that the vaccines could effectively induce immune reaction and protect primates from SARS virus infection.</p> |
