PURPOSE: A method and a system for wireless credit card settlement by inputting/storing/outputting an electronic sign is provided to input sign information of a user, and store/output the stored sign information for the credit card settlement by capturing/storing/transferring/certifying the written sign. CONSTITUTION: A touch screen device(300) generates a sign capture date by capturing/encrypting the signal of the user inputted on a touch screen panel. A POS(Point Of Sale) card terminal(200) generates slip data according to the credit card settlement by connecting to a VAN(Value Added Network) server(100) through the network and receiving the sign capture data from the touch screen device. A sale slip server(700) receives/stores the slip data generated from the POS card terminal. A handheld terminal(500) comprises a wireless communication module, a touch screen module, and a card reader, wirelessly transmits card information read through the card reader and the user's sign inputted through a touch screen module, and receives credit card settlement approval information through an AP(Access Point)(400).
