PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of an auxiliary agent for treating adult diseases and diabetes by using natural products including mushrooms and medicinal plants which have blood glucose reducing activity, anticancer activity, blood pressure regulating activity and immune activating activity. Therefore, the composition is useful for improvement of the human health. CONSTITUTION: The composition of an auxiliary agent for treating adult diseases and diabetes is manufactured by steps of: powdering mushrooms; washing and quantifying medicinal plants; mixing the powder with the medicinal plants; and heating the mixture and extracting it. It is characterized by containing mushrooms(1-90%), chest nuts(1-90%), sea tangle(1-90%), pine needles(1-90%), Liriope platyphylla(1-90%), Cornus officinalis Sieb. et Zucc(1-90%), Lycium chinese Mill.(1-90%), yam(1-90%), Poria cocos(1-90%), Atractylodes Rhizoma(1-90%), Atractylodes Rhizoma Alba(1-90%) and Acanthopanax(1-90%).
