Aerosol preparations comprising a sealed container and enclosed therein an aerosol composition containing a macrolide compound (e.g., tacrolimus) have had the following problem. Part of the macrolide compound as the main drug i s adsorbed on the resin constituting the "gasket" of the valve part, depending on the kind of the resin. When the aerosol preparation is stored, the makeup of the aerosol composition hence changes with time and the proportion of the main drug in the aerosol composition decreases. The problem is eliminated by an aerosol preparation which comprises a sealed container and enclosed there in an aerosol composition containing a macrolide compound and in which the "gasket" of the valve part of the sealed container is made of one or more resin materials selected among butyl rubbers, ethylene/propylene rubbers, chloroprene rubbers, polyethylene, polybutylene terephthalate, polyacetals, polyamides, polytetrafluoroethylene, polypropylene, and thermoplastic elastomers.
