PURPOSE:To obtain a die easy to assemble and capable of obtaining a product of high accuracy by attaching a punch to a punch plate keeping space and guiding the punch by a guide hole of a stripper having the same size as the working hole of a die. CONSTITUTION:In a press die in which a punch 18 held by a punch plate 22 is guided by the guide hole 19 of a stripper 20 and a material 17 placed on a die 24 having a working hole 23 is cut and bent, the punch 18 is attached to the punch plate 22 through space 29 to facilitate positioning of the punch 18, and at the same time, prevent generation of warping of the punch plate 22. The guide space 28 of the guide hole 19 of the stripper 20 that guides the punch 18 is made smaller than above-mentioned space 29 to improve the accuracy of working. Further, above-mentioned guide hole 19 is made to the same size as the working hole 23 of the die 24 to form them simultaneously by superposing the two.
