PURPOSE: A valve lift control device of an engine is provided to achieve a proper suction and exhaust state of a combustion chamber in all operation areas of the engine by varying valve lift through a valve clearance formed between a rocker arm and a stem end. CONSTITUTION: A valve lift control device of an engine comprises a hydraulic actuator installed to a rocker arm(3) to control a valve clearance by rectilinearly moving along the working direction of a valve(1); a hydraulic pressure supply unit producing hydraulic pressure to be supplied to the hydraulic actuator; a solenoid valve(5) controlling the hydraulic pressure supplied to the hydraulic actuator from the hydraulic pressure supply unit; and a controller(17) controlling the solenoid valve according to the operation state of the engine.
