PURPOSE: A cooling device of a blower motor for an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to cool down a motor by natural refrigeration by installing detachably a cooling cover having an air circulation hole at the side of a motor housing unit without a cooling hose or cooling wind exhaust and receiving ports. CONSTITUTION: A cooling device of a blower motor for an air conditioner of a vehicle is composed of an integral motor housing unit(130) disposed at a lower side of a blower body(100) and formed with a fan motor therein; a blower wheel(140) connected movably to the fan motor; and a cooling cover(160) combined detachably at the side of the motor housing unit. The cooling cover comprises a combining unit(163) joined at the motor housing unit and at least one air circulation hole(164) formed at the predetermined position of a body unit(162). A blowing path is arranged in the motor housing unit to supply the air moving in through the air circulation hole to the fan motor.
