PURPOSE: Provided are a method for forming a label printing layer on a glass bottles surface in which a surface printed ink layer is not discolored and has a good pressure resistance and abrasion resistance and glass bottles thereby. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming the label printing layer on the surface comprises the steps of: removing dust or foreign substance on the surface by a hot blast fan(1); printing a white or gray ground color layer on the surface using a screen printing part(12); printing various shape color patterns using at least two screen printing parts filled with different color inks; forming the ground color layer, a transparent marking part and the color pattern viewed through the marking part and then printing a logo and a trademark on the surface; inputting the bottles into a fusion furnace(20) and passing to deposit the printing layer on the surface by frit powders contained in the ink layer.
