The device for the emptying of residual material from a plastic tube consists of high grade steel wire which is about 24 cm. long, 1 mm. thick, and bent at a right angle by 90 degrees. After about 15-20 mm. there is another bend of 90 degrees, forming a U with unequal sides. The U lies on a working plate, and the steel wire measured down the long side from the last bend is bent again by 90 degrees, and then after another 5 mm. there is another bend of 90 degrees so that another U with unequal sides is described. On the long side a bend of 2 x 90 degrees is applied which has an inside diameter/clear width of about 1.5 - 2 mm.
