A high-safety information processing system is built which can provide semantic information and/or information on the semantic information advantageously to respective individuals by effectively using a difference in base sequence information. The information processing system comprises an information providing engine having a storage device storing position information, base sequence-related information, and semantic information and/or information on the semantic information, user terminals for sending information requesting an article and/or service to the information providing engine, and a third-party check engine having a controlling storage device for storing part or whole of information stored in a storage device owned by the information providing engine. The third-party check engine checks wether or not semantic information and/or semantic information-related information sent from the information providing engine to a user terminal agrees with semantic information and/or semantic information-related information stored in a controlling storage device.
