PURPOSE: A method for comparing data among information systems needed to share or interwork data through a bit operation and a set concept algorithm is provided to perform a data comparison process quickly and efficiently, and reduce an expense for processing the data comparison process by minimizing the processes needed to comparing the data through the bit operation and the set concept algorithm. CONSTITUTION: The comparison target data is arranged by each system based on an important item. A bit string formed with 'n' bits by each important item is generated by each 'i'th system, 2¬(I-1) bit in the bit stream is set to 1, and the remained bits are set to 0(S550). The bit strings for the important items existing in each system are integrated/arranged by each important item included in 'n' systems(S560). Comparison particulars are extracted by performing the bit operation with the bit string integrated/arranged to each important item(S580).
