PURPOSE: An expansion-type sunvisor of a vehicle is provided to expand a shielding area and to secure a safe front visual field by withdrawing an auxiliary polarizing plate installed in the sunvisor. CONSTITUTION: An expansion-type sunvisor(50) of a vehicle for preventing eyes from dazzling by sunlight or other light at night comprises an auxiliary polarizing plate(70) inserted into an inner space of the sunvisor, drawn out from a lower part of the sunvisor, and composed of a fixing ball(80) projected and installed on the outer surface to receive elastic force of an elastic member(76) and a plurality of hanging groove units(56) arranged at the predetermined intervals along the longitudinal direction of the sunvisor. The fixing ball of the polarizing plate is selectively inserted into the hanging groove units to fix and support the polarizing plate.
