SPUN YARN FOR MELANGE FABRIC HAVING SOFT TOUCH, EXCELLENT HYGROSCOPICITY AND DAMP PROOFING PROPERTY, AND DYEING METHOD OF FIBER FINISHED PRODUCTS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Spun yarn for melange fabric contains modified and regenerated cellulose fiber containing a pre-treatment of naphthol dyes, cationized and modified cellulose fiber and common cellulose fiber. A dyeing method of the fabric having soft touch, excellent hygroscopicity and damp proofing property is characterized by dyeing the fabric with anion dyes after dyeing the fabric with a developer of the naphthol dyes, dyeing the fabric with direct dyes or high reactive dyes having an affinity for the cellulose fiber, weaving or knitting the fabric out of the three kinds of the cellulose fiber and selecting the dyes properly. CONSTITUTION: Spun yarn for melange fabric comprises 10-50wt.% of fiber capable of dyeing and 90-50wt.% of fiber not being dyed. The fiber capable of dyeing comprises: modified and regenerated cellulose containing a pre-treatment of naphthol dyes; and cationized and modified cotton fiber and/or cationized and modified cellulose fiber. The fiber which is not dyed comprises: scoured and bleached cotton fiber; or scoured, bleached and regenerated cellulose fiber. The spun yarn is mixed with 10-30wt.% of the regenerated cellulose fiber and 90-70wt.% of the cotton fiber. A dyeing method of fiber finished products thereof is as follows: dyeing the finished products with a developer of the naphthol dyes; dyeing the finished products with anion dyes; and then dyeing the finished products with direct dyes or reactive dyes having high affinity for the cellulose fiber.
