SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR OFFERING INTERNET CHARGED CONTENTS BILLING SERVICE USING VOIP CALL INCOMING FUNCTION OF PASS-CALL MESSENGER

PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering an Internet charged contents billing service using a VoIP(Voice over Internet Protocol) call incoming function of a pass-call messenger are provided to offer a telephone billing function using a VoIP call without a separate development expense/time by using the VoIP call incoming function offered from the pass-call messenger. CONSTITUTION: A PG(Payment Gateway)(30) is linked with a CP(Contents Provider)(20). A PINT(PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and Internet Interworking) server(40) requests the VoIP call by receiving the telephone number billing request from the CP system through the PG, and performs certification depending on identification between a password stored in a pass-call subscriber database(70) and the password inputted from a user PC(10) equipped with the pass-call messenger. An intelligent network hosting server(50) transfers the VoIP call request received from the PINT server and transfers a transfer result to the PINT server. An intelligent network service gateway(60) connects to the call by sending the VoIP call to the user PC through link with the intelligent network hosting server and transfers the result to the intelligent network hosting server.
